Your chauffeur receives your schedule with all addresses in advance, collects the couple from the hair and make-up appointment or hotel and drives them to the ceremony, the photo location and the reception. Between stops the car waits until you are ready. You book by the hour or for the whole day and receive an individual fixed-price quote.

A wedding day runs to a tight schedule: hair and make-up in the morning, a ceremony at a fixed time, photos somewhere special and the reception in the evening – often at three or four different addresses. Booking a wedding car in Salzburg with a chauffeur takes all of that travel off your hands. Your chauffeur knows the timeline, arrives early and waits between stops until you are ready to move on.

For the couple we drive the Mercedes S-Class or the BMW 7 Series. Both offer generous space in the rear – room enough for a wedding dress with a train – a quiet cabin and an elegant arrival at the church, registry office or castle. The S-Class rides smoothly on air suspension and has tinted windows for a private moment between two parts of the day; the BMW 7 Series adds massage seats and a panoramic roof.

We have been driving in Salzburg and the surrounding region since 2003. Our chauffeurs know where you can step out in front of an Old Town church, how long the drive to the lakes really takes on a summer Saturday and when it is wiser to leave ten minutes early. That keeps the day relaxed – for you and for everyone celebrating with you.

For the couple one saloon is enough – a Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series. Parents and witnesses usually ride together in a V-Class for up to 7 people. For further guests a van shuttles between ceremony, hotel and reception, or several vehicles run at the same time. This is how your day could run with our vehicles:

Before the ceremony – your chauffeur collects the bride or groom from the hotel, apartment or stylist and arrives at the church or registry office with time to spare. Separate cars for bride and groom are easy to arrange.

After the ceremony – the couple gets in right outside and heads to the photo location: along the Salzach, to a palace garden or out into the countryside. Your chauffeur waits for as long as the photos take.

On to the reception – to your venue in the Salzburg countryside or the Salzkammergut lake district. Meanwhile the V-Class or EQV brings family and witnesses along, or runs as a guest shuttle between ceremony, hotel and reception.

At the end of the night – the couple’s ride back to the hotel and, if you like, individual rides for guests, so no one has to drive that evening.

Car decorations such as flowers or ribbons are of course possible – just tell us what you have in mind.
