What does a chauffeur day
at the ski World Cup look like?
Your chauffeur collects you from Salzburg or Munich airport or your hotel and stays on call in Kitzbühel for the whole booked day: to the race in the morning, to receptions and dinner in the evening and home at night. The 2027 World Cup weekend is scheduled for 22 to 24 January (dates without guarantee).
When the World Cup races come to Kitzbühel, the whole region changes gear. The downhill and the slalom draw huge crowds, and around them come receptions, evening events and dinners in Kitzbühel and the neighbouring villages. If you drive yourself that weekend, you will spend a good part of it in traffic, looking for somewhere to park or waiting for a taxi that never arrives.
From Salzburg airport to Kitzbühel it is about 75 km, approx. 1:20 h without traffic. On race weekend we allow considerably more time and, if you wish, schedule your arrival for the day before or early in the morning. The chauffeur day is quoted as an individual fixed price based on days, vehicle and scope; the transfer alone from Salzburg airport costs from €180 per journey by van.
How our guests
book.
Three typical options – we put your weekend together around your own programme.
Transfer to Kitzbühel
Your arrival for the World Cup from Salzburg airport in a van for up to 7 people, per journey. From Munich airport or your hotel in Salzburg we will send you a fixed price on request.
Chauffeur on call
Your chauffeur is yours for the whole race day: to the finish area, back to the hotel, to the evening programme and dinner – right up to the drive home at night.
Friday to Sunday
Vehicle and chauffeur for the entire World Cup weekend, including arrival and departure. One contact, one plan, nothing to organise on the spot.
From the finish area
to well past midnight.
A race day in Kitzbühel has many stops. Your chauffeur links them together – even when plans change at short notice.
Request your chauffeurHow many vehicles does
a corporate group need?
That depends on how many guests travel at the same time. A Mercedes V-Class seats up to 7 people, our saloons up to 4. If guests arrive at different times or want to leave the evening early, we plan additional vehicles. We can run anything from one to 99 vehicles at the same time, coordinated by one team.
Many companies invite clients and partners for World Cup weekend. We agree pickup times, routes and meeting points with you or your assistant in advance, with one point of contact for all vehicles. The V-Class is available with facing seats on request – pleasant when your guests want to talk on the way. Corporate clients receive an invoice with VAT shown separately.
Discretion comes with the job: our chauffeurs are used to accompanying international guests and treat conversations in the car as confidential. Staying longer in Tyrol or Salzburg? Book the same chauffeur for the rest of your ski holiday with chauffeur.
Ask early: on this weekend accommodation, restaurants and vehicles in the region are scarce. You can send a request as soon as your approximate number of guests is clear – names and exact times can follow later.

“Christian is an excellent guide and driver with a very friendly manner. His English is also excellent, which was very important to us. The Mercedes sedan (1 day) and the van (1 day) were in impeccable condition and very clean. We can recommend him and his service to anyone who wants a more comfortable journey than on crowded buses. We spent a day and a half with him in the Salzburg region.”
