How does a trade fair
chauffeur in Salzburg work?
You book car and chauffeur by the day, for individual fair days or the entire period. Your chauffeur meets you at the airport, takes you to your hotel, to the exhibition centre in the morning and to client meetings in the evening. During the day he is on call. Invoices are made out to your company.
Trade fair days are tightly scheduled: stand set-up early in the morning, conversations until the last visitor leaves, dinner with clients afterwards – and somewhere in between a meeting in town that cannot be moved. Relying on taxis, hunting for parking or queuing at busy access roads costs exactly the time you need on your stand. Peak times make the difference: before opening and after closing, the approach roads to the exhibition centre are at their busiest. We plan pickup times and drop-off points with a buffer and agree a fixed meeting point for the ride back, so you are not stuck in the queue at the entrance. does a fair team need?
As a rule of thumb: one Mercedes V-Class for up to 7 people per sub-group travelling at the same time, plus a saloon for management with its own appointments. Stand teams working early and late shifts often need one vehicle more than expected. We review your schedule and suggest the right number of vehicles for your team.
For client dinners a separate vehicle pays off: your guests are collected from their hotel while your team is still on the stand. Conversations in the car stay confidential – our chauffeurs work discreetly. If your delegation travels on after the fair, we plan the journey as a multi-day chauffeur service with the same chauffeur.
The earlier team size, hotel and fair days are fixed, the better: during fairs, hotels and vehicles in Salzburg are in high demand. You can add names and times later; one point of contact coordinates all vehicles.
