At events, what matters is not the single journey but how all journeys work together. That is why Salzburg Limousine plans event transport as one complete schedule: who is collected where and when, which vehicle suits which guest, and what happens if the programme shifts?
We provide 1 to 99 vehicles at the same time. Saloons such as the Mercedes S-Class, E-Class and BMW 7 Series suit individual guests and couples, while the V-Class and EQV carry groups of up to 7 passengers. We match the mix to your guest list and schedule – see every model in our fleet.
If your programme runs over several days, with side events, excursions or guests arriving from other cities, we also organise a multi-day chauffeur service with a dedicated chauffeur.
How early should I book vehicles for an event?
The more vehicles and the more popular the date, the earlier. For single journeys we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance; short-notice bookings are possible subject to availability. For events with several vehicles, for the festival season in July and August, for New Year's Eve and for Advent weekends, we recommend enquiring early so your preferred vehicles and chauffeurs are reserved.
What do you need from us for planning?
For a quote, the date, location, approximate number of guests and a rough schedule are enough. From this we create a transport plan with vehicles, pick-up points and times. We take on changes to the guest list or programme until shortly before the event. On the day, your contact person is reachable by phone and WhatsApp.
Our chauffeurs speak German and fluent English and are used to welcoming international guests. For the time between programme items, or before and after the event, book your chauffeur by the hour through our chauffeur service in Salzburg.
